I am learning more about myself as a leader by paying attention to the things I do as a leader in the classroom and thinking about how I would apply them to the teacher leadership role.
I find myself doing the same thing. I think about if what I am doing is leadership-like or not. I also watch others and notice the leaders in the groups more than I ever have before.
